General Return Policy – 7 Days

All eligible items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

A restocking fee will apply to all returns. (The percentage may vary depending on the item’s condition and category.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will also be deducted.

All returned items are subject to inspection prior to refund or store credit issuance.
Accessories, Tools & More – 7-Day Return Policy
Unopened Items

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days.

A restocking fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Opened Items

Opened but resealable items may qualify for a refund, minus:

Missing components or accessories will be deducted from the refund.

Items not in resealable condition may qualify for store credit only.
Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us photos of the packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery.

We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away.

We’ll promptly ship the correct item and cover all related costs.
Special Order Items

Special orders (items not listed on our website that are brought in specifically for you) are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.

Unopened Machines

Machines must be in original factory packaging with all seals intact.

Opened machines may be returned for store credit only, provided they are:

Complete with all accessories, manuals, and paperwork

Defective Products or Order Issues

If your machine arrives defective, we will offer a repair or replacement.

If you decline this, the return will be processed as a standard return with shipping and restocking fee deductions.
Damaged Deliveries

Report visible package damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or repair.
Non-Returnable Items
